Infection diseases is caused by bacterias or
viruses.

conjuntivitis...
Some viruses caused chikenpox, colds,

And infection diseases it is contagius througt
the air by the nose or mouth.

enter througt the nostrils and you have the
cold.It is transmited by the air.
Salmonera is when the food is contamined for
the food (eggs or chiken)
Malarania is transmited by bite.

caused by organisms.They are caused
by factors: environment,unhealthy
lifesyle....

in a different way.
Unhealthy lifestyle is when you eat fast food
and lifestyle cause problems and heart diseases.
Mental diseases is depresion and degenerative.
Alzheimer's diseases affect the nervous system.

5. Diabetes is when you have lot of sugar and you
net insulin.

EAT HEALTHY
Eat 5 times a day:THREE MEALS-
>BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND DINER.
TWO SNACKS->(FRUIT OR CARROT)

DRINK 2 LITRES OF WATER
DO EXERCISE
Exercise make your muscles and heart stronger.
SLEEP ENOUGHT
