Labs goals Work with all departments to establish a holistic view of the direction the Webjam product should take in the next year, and create a Labs roadmap that enables this Serve the client-based platform production needs of Business Development and Marketing as well as the other 2 pillars of the Webjam solutions (IDeA & Engagement) Work directly with clients and users to gather feedback: On a per client project basis On a per product feature basis gathering feedback from 2-3 selected clients In a bottom-up manner with all clients via the Webjam Connections network Determine product-centric success criteria (KPI’s) and act upon these to improve product Follow social networking trends relevant to Webjam’s SAAS positioning to determine which features should be added, changed or improved on the Webjam product and maintain feature parity with competitors where deemed necessary
