My personality type is-ENFJ
As I can see I’m a very active person, and it’s true this actually defines the true me and I can actually
relate to this type of personality. I’m a peace maker, I hate fighting and I love building up harmony
among others. I enjoy having company and making people feel good about them self’s. I’m very
compassionate and I usually take a personal approach to people that I feel comfortable with and that
give me the confidence to take a step towards them. My judging feeling is very extraverted. I tend to
express my feelings to others meaning no harm but sometimes I can be a little Harish on people with
other noticing. I adapt to the environment very quickly specially when i know that it’s for my own good,
for example when I moved to the United States I knew that I wasn’t going to like it but I told myself that
it would be for a better future and here I’m. I establish a long term goal and always fallow my own path.
Academic strengths
I’m a very motivational and inspirational person. I like the best for others there for I have a tendency of
helping and caring for others, for example if my sister needs help with her homework and I’m doing
mines I will much rather help her with hers than finish my own because I always want the best for her.
Academic Challenges
My weak learning are is math and I always have problems with it there for whenever I get to math
classes I’m going to make sure I get some tutor for it. Sometimes finding values on things is hard
especially when I don’t really know if I should go for it or not. I found that I should be more careful and
think through things before making any actions.
Communication Strengths

2. My communication with others now is very different compare to the one back when I move to the
United States. Thanks to this test I found that my communication skills are better than I though and I’m
really proud of myself for that.

I found that I have a tendency on criticizing people and that sometimes my opinions can be a little too
hard on people, and even sometimes I could be really inappropriate towards people especially when I
don’t agree on what they are saying and I should definitely work on that attitude problem.
Relationship Strengths
I have a tendency of caring a little too much about people and I fall in love too quick even if I try not to it
just happens that’s why when I took this test it was defining who I really I’m. I hate fighting with others
there for I will do whatever is in my hands to make peace with others and it that doesn’t work than I
know is time to let go and move on.

I found that I have a tendency to be smothering and over protective, controlling and manipulative. And
that I tend to blame myself when something goes wrong like for example if I’m doing a project with
another student and we get a bad grade I will blame myself for not doing better and I usually won’t give
my self-credit for it.
Career Strengths
Always achieve my goals even if it takes forever I will always fallow my dreams. I will always strive for a
win-win situation and never give up on things especially when is a goal that I need to achieve.
Career Challenges
I found that I’m much attuned to what is socially accepted or expected that I’m unable to assess
whether something is right or wrong outside of what my social order expects.
Financial Management Strengths

3. I found that I have good money skills. I really know how to manage money and when to and not to
spend it. Sometimes is good to let myself go and spend some of my money but sometimes it gets out of
proportion and I end up broke.
Financial Management Challenges
I found that I have a bad tendency of buying stuff for others rather than buying stuff for myself. For
example not too long ago I went to the mall with my mom and I ended up buying her more stuff than I
did for myself. I need to change that because sooner or later people will start taking advantage of it and
I will end up with nothing.
