4. HOW DO I SOLVE
PROBLEMS
HOW DO I SOLVE
PROBLEMS?
DEFINE
Empathize
Observe
It was eye opening for me
because perhaps of the many
problems that come our way,
more often than not, we fail
to recognize or identify how
we solve our problems and
come up with a solution
whether that solution that we
made was right or wrong.
Here, we learn to OBSERVE,
DEFINE and EMPATHIZE on
their problems ( if it's other's
problems and on our end, we
can also observe how other
people empathize with us
whenever we have problems
as well).
5. IDEATE
as we identify the
problem and
empathized on it,
we begin to list
ideas on how to
solve such
problems and the
more we produce,
the more choices
of narrowing down
to one solution.
6. PROTOTYPE AND TEST
Upon narrowing down to a specific detail or idea,
we now focus on making a prototype and test it if
it works.
7. REFLECTION
I am recently involved with a
network company that
has been existing in our
area for 5 years now yet
with little no. of members
but with due diligence,
the company is still
hopeful to conquer our
AREA which is next to the
country’s capital. .. (next
please)
8. Continuation..
Knowing that up to now, the company
is still looking for ways to capture our
local area’s market, I believe that
design thinking can be applied by
following the process on how we can
easily capture our most sought after
target market.
10. • PROCESS AWARENESS – Take note of what
went through in solving problems.
• STRENGTH IN NUMBERS – The more ideas to
come up, more solutions to take.
• TEST FEEDBACK – It is important to get
feedback from which your prototype is tested
to enable to apply the suggestions or
improvements to the prototype.
