I am interested in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), particularly in older children and adolescents. Throughout the course of my PhD I have gained insight into the daily struggles that families with ASD face. The two most reoccurring problems which families discussed with me were 1) Referral and diagnosis of school-aged children with ASD, and 2) Resources for school-aged children with ASD.
