I have been creating recipes and entertaining clients though my culinary creations for 30 years. In the past 6 years I have been a guest chef and teacher at two Dallas Whole Foods Market stores. I specialize in gluten free lectures, gluten free recipes and gluten free product knowledge. I am also teaching in-home cooking classes for anyone who desires to know more about cooking for themselves so that they can eat less processed foods. I also, teach allergy friendly cooking classes for Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Casein Free or Nut Free lifestyles.
