BUSINESS PLAN OUTLINE

I- General Description

               Tapioca Ice Cream Shake is a food stall business to sell cool flavored drink mix with dark,
       spherical, chewy balls made from yam and tapioca called Pearls. The drink's uniqueness and the
       variety of flavors it offers broaden its appeal to the customers and will keep them interested.
       Taste and flavor of our shake is the essential component our product that will keep customers
       coming back for more.

       Vision

                -Our business bears the vision of providing fun, deliciously appetizing, uniquely
       enchanting food and beverage products while maintaining our commitment to uncompromised
       quality at economical rates with a heartening purpose to cater to society’s needs, taste and
       preferences: rather than simply convincing our customers to try and like whatever products we
       develop

       Mission

       - To provide the best quality, reasonably priced products in the Food and Beverage Industry.

       - To continuously generate awareness, interest and desire for our products, resulting in frequent
       purchases by the customers.

       Our Objectives

       - To promote, protect and maintain our image at all times.

       - To make sure that we provide quality products and offer excellent service to all customers

       - To make TAPIOCA stall is properly laid out, maintained and profitable.
II - Product Mix

Features of the Product – our shakes have different sizes of cups (small, medium, large). Each cup
consists of delicious shake (any kind of flavor) with tapioca pearls below and ice cream at the top. Our
product benefits are the taste that we can give to the customer.

III – Marketing Plan

         Target customer – We are expecting to sell our products to everyone who loves to drink
          shakes because we have lots of flavors that would be likened by kids and adults.

         Trends in consumer Preferences - Different flavors, different ice cream toppings and also
          having a special shake flavor every month.

         Location of Business – Our location would probably be near schools and universities, on
          malls and offices.

         Employees- to have at least 2 to 3 employees that will be starting to work from 11am to
          8pm.

IV – Management and Organization

Since we are also a student, there’s a routine in managing our business. And we can apply our
knowledge and trainings to our business since our course are culinary and business administration.

In terms to the health of our customer, we make sure that it is healthy for them to buy our products
aside from being comfortable because of the delicious and cold shake.

We have a suggestion box in order to have a good comments or feedbacks regards to our presentation
and to our performance.

Since we have competitors like other shake business, we research for details and ideas for having more
improvements so that we became more competitive to the other shake business.

The remaining P43,000.00 is for other expenses like rent payable, salaries of the employees, taxes and

MARKETING ASPECTS

      1. The tapioca shake will be very much positive in offering lot of services satisfying customer
         needs, accept suggestion and feedbacks to improve our business and have good
         communications between the buyer and seller.

      2. Tapioca will utilize with honesty and credibility thru our products and services.

      3. Tapioca will be always “open-minded” to other competitors and will seek only the best. And
         will be thankful to those customers who will support our product.

TECHNICAL ASPECT

      1. Our management will provide cleanliness of the stall, especially to our drinks for the
         satisfaction of customers.

MANAGEMENT ASPECT

      1. Having good communication between the owners to the employees.

      2. Tapioca will keep on developing its service activity to satisfy the needs of our customers.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT

      1. The tapioca will be very much responsible in promoting environmental and proper waste
         disposal.

      2. We will make sure of the observance and God – fearing to all of them.

FINANCIAL ASPECT

      1. The amount of P100,000.00 capitals is substantially enough to put up the proposed project
         tapioca shake.

      2. The proposed project is a kind of lucrative undertaking.

Tapioca shake project

  • 1. BUSINESS PLAN OUTLINE I- General Description Tapioca Ice Cream Shake is a food stall business to sell cool flavored drink mix with dark, spherical, chewy balls made from yam and tapioca called Pearls. The drink's uniqueness and the variety of flavors it offers broaden its appeal to the customers and will keep them interested. Taste and flavor of our shake is the essential component our product that will keep customers coming back for more. Vision -Our business bears the vision of providing fun, deliciously appetizing, uniquely enchanting food and beverage products while maintaining our commitment to uncompromised quality at economical rates with a heartening purpose to cater to society’s needs, taste and preferences: rather than simply convincing our customers to try and like whatever products we develop Mission - To provide the best quality, reasonably priced products in the Food and Beverage Industry. - To continuously generate awareness, interest and desire for our products, resulting in frequent purchases by the customers. Our Objectives - To promote, protect and maintain our image at all times. - To make sure that we provide quality products and offer excellent service to all customers - To make TAPIOCA stall is properly laid out, maintained and profitable.
  • 2. II - Product Mix Features of the Product – our shakes have different sizes of cups (small, medium, large). Each cup consists of delicious shake (any kind of flavor) with tapioca pearls below and ice cream at the top. Our product benefits are the taste that we can give to the customer. Pricing of the product – Small -P33 Medium -P39 Large -P45 III – Marketing Plan  Target customer – We are expecting to sell our products to everyone who loves to drink shakes because we have lots of flavors that would be likened by kids and adults.  Trends in consumer Preferences - Different flavors, different ice cream toppings and also having a special shake flavor every month.  Location of Business – Our location would probably be near schools and universities, on malls and offices.  Employees- to have at least 2 to 3 employees that will be starting to work from 11am to 8pm. IV – Management and Organization Since we are also a student, there’s a routine in managing our business. And we can apply our knowledge and trainings to our business since our course are culinary and business administration. In terms to the health of our customer, we make sure that it is healthy for them to buy our products aside from being comfortable because of the delicious and cold shake. We have a suggestion box in order to have a good comments or feedbacks regards to our presentation and to our performance. Since we have competitors like other shake business, we research for details and ideas for having more improvements so that we became more competitive to the other shake business.

Assets Amount • Stall P15,000.00 • Straws, cups, plastics, tissue P 8,000.00 • Tools and equipments P17,000.00 (Blender, Ice Crusher, Freezer, Ice Cream Scooper) • Flavored Powder P10,000.00 • Vanilla Ice Cream P 7,000.00 ______________________________________________________ Total P57,000.00 The remaining P43,000.00 is for other expenses like rent payable, salaries of the employees, taxes and utilities payable.

The tapioca shake will be very much positive in offering lot of services satisfying customer needs, accept suggestion and feedbacks to improve our business and have good communications between the buyer and seller. 2. Tapioca will utilize with honesty and credibility thru our products and services. 3. Tapioca will be always “open-minded” to other competitors and will seek only the best. And will be thankful to those customers who will support our product. TECHNICAL ASPECT 1. Our management will provide cleanliness of the stall, especially to our drinks for the satisfaction of customers. MANAGEMENT ASPECT 1. Having good communication between the owners to the employees. 2. Tapioca will keep on developing its service activity to satisfy the needs of our customers. SOCIO-ECONOMIC ASPECT 1. The tapioca will be very much responsible in promoting environmental and proper waste disposal. 2. We will make sure of the observance and God – fearing to all of them. FINANCIAL ASPECT 1. The amount of P100,000.00 capitals is substantially enough to put up the proposed project tapioca shake. 2. The proposed project is a kind of lucrative undertaking.
