The new Beaconsfield Service Station
This project required three different types of screed system to meet a demanding programme, including a
standard 1:4 Cement / Sand Fibrescreed and two variations of high performance fast drying screed systems:-
 Flexi Dry™ F1 7 day accelerated drying screed is a fast drying liquid floor screeding additive. It is used as a
levelling screed to receive, carpet, linoleum, wood flooring, tiles, etc. The product provided the client with a
huge amount of flexibility as the name suggests. Dry times where adjusted by altering the dosage to achieve
a range of 7 day and 14 day drying. This enabled timeline advantages on site and allowed for reactive
decisions to be made as and when the programme demanded. The client, Turnkey Interiors, commented
that this was the best ever screed experience they had been involved in across all the projects they had
worked on.
