Twenty years of social services experience with a variety of socioeconomic populations. General social work skills in assessment and planning. Use of ADDIE model in parent education programming since 2005. Developing and scheduling programming for one of 11 parent resource centers in third largest public school system in GA. Training parents on basic Microsoft software (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel) for further use in supporting student's academic work or for professional use. Leadership skills have been developed through volunteer leadership in local and national organizations boards.
