1. Village Based, Youth Lead FREE Education Why we started: Since our people are eager for knowledge, science, unity, an overall and sustainable peace and developments in education, culture and economy in their country, they expect the elite, intellectuals, politicians and cultural leaders of their country, especially young educated people, to serve them honestly and devotedly. Pursuant to these principals and to a deep understanding of the country’s current affairs, and with the expectations of the noble and troubled people of the country in mind, we a group of village youths have decided to start an initiative based on the knowledge of science, culture and the national values of our people to become a source of service to our noble and in need people. For this purpose, we have established an Organization under the name of (A Little Step Educational & Cultural Organization).

2. What we do? objectives and fields of activity main objective of the Organization as a non-governmental and a non- profitable academic institution is to offer voluntary service to the in-need youth of the country regardless of political affiliations, position, ethnicity, language and race etc., and also to arrange active participation for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of development and progress within the country. The Organization activities aim to fulfil the following purposes: 1- Raising young people’s level of knowledge and science and combating illiteracy by launching the following education programmes: - Islamic teachings - Convening for literacy courses for the young illiterate - Teachings in different fields of science and social science (mathematics, chemistry, biology, history, geography…) - English language courses - Computer courses

Cont What we do? 2- Raising young people’s level of consciousness by programmes promoting awareness in the following matters: - Awareness about the rules of the Constitution, good governance, citizenship rights - and obligations, human rights, etc. - Environment awareness - Health awareness 3- Increasing young people’s abilities in leadership and management by holding management and leadership workshops and dialogues between students of different schools. 4- Providing short-term education scholarships for deprived students 5- Spreading a culture of peace and combating a culture of violence as well as confronting the traditions that are against the rules of law and religion by organizing community programs between the religious clerics and heads of tribes and also between students of different schools. Such dialogues shall result in social justice and the rule of law being implemented in the society. 6- Institutionalizing the values of human rights amongst different parts of the society, combating the violence against women and children and other members of the society and also creating grounds for them to achieve their human rights by educational and legal programmes held by the experts in related fields.
