While much of my experience has been in ESL both at school and tertiary levels, my experience as a change agent and curriculum specialist has strengthened my leadership skills and helped me gain more expertise in engaging people. My TESOL Masters and my M.Sc. in Education and Management have helped me gain a thorough and in-depth understanding of all the aspects related to second language acquisition processes and all the challenges faced by a second language learner in a non English speaking environment.
