Open Positions Game Program Sales Director: Responsible for the overall Game Program, including ad sales, design, layout and printing Responsible for some solicitation of advertising from businesses and individuals Coordinates the delivery of ads in acceptable format to the design / layout and/or printing company(s) Coordinates business relationship with the design, layout and printing company(s) for the production and delivery of the Game Programs Class Vice Presidents Preside over the class and is the class voice on the Board of Directors Ensure Booster activities are being communicated and carried out by the class players and parents Lead the coordination of specific class events and communicates class parent concerns to the board Class VP’s can move up with the class North High School Football Booster Club

Open Positions Communications Director: Helps coordinate the dissemination of Booster Club information to various constituencies. - Other School Booster Clubs - School faculty, Key Members of the community etc. Will help write and proof all internal and external communication materials, game program articles, halftime game announcements etc. Membership Director: Objective: Promote the organization to past, current and prospective members to encourage maximum participation Plans and coordinates membership drive activities Maintains and ongoing list of active members Recommends the various membership levels, related dues, membership benefits and gift items Coordinates ordering and design of the annual membership cards North High School Football Booster Club

Open Positions Banquet Director: Oversees all aspects of the 2 Banquets: - 7th and 8th Grade - High School (9-12th) Game Night Director Responsible for the overall coordination of the Booster Club activities that occur that day - Tailgate activities in member’s area - Set up & tear down of inflatable Husky Help coordination of special events, Senior Night, Homecoming, etc Coordinate pre-game show player and coach introduction, music, fireworks Meals Director: Responsible for the overall coordination of pre game meals provided to coaches and players (all teams 7-Varsity) North High School Football Booster Club

Open Positions Concessions Director: Develop annual operations plan Signage, menu, products list with profit margins etc Responsible for staffing plan, hours of operation and overall performance Coordinate with other booster programs for staffing options and revenue share as needed Key Points: Varsity Games are still under discussion Menu will have to be “Field Friendly” Good Food, Good Service will be our focus Making it easy and fun to work, not miss your sons game! Future Meetings The Executive Board will meet at least monthly during the school year and more frequently during the summer Executive Board meetings are closed to the general membership General membership/Parent meetings will be held periodically First one is scheduled in March Second one is scheduled for early August General Membership/Parent meeting will be to share information on the football program and keep them informed Booster Club Members will present key topics Coaches will present key change points All meeting information will be available on the website North High School Football Booster Club
