Gingras vinegar was started over 30 years ago on the Gingras family farm in Quebec by Pierre Gingras. Pierre spent years perfecting his vinegar recipe. In 2010, Pierre retired and sold the company to David and Bertrand, who wanted to own a business involving farming and a great product. To thank Pierre, they named the vinegar after him. The document then discusses opportunities for premiumizing apple cider vinegar and introducing a raspberry-infused variety, and establishes the experienced management team behind building the Gingras vinegar brand in North America.

Pierre has been actively involved in working with the next generation of vinegar makers and drops by once a week for consultation, to thank Pierre for his trust David and Bertrand named the vinegar after its founder GINGRAS ”
