Systems Integration Consultant to the OC-ALC for transformation to Expeditionary Logistics for the 21st Century
Campaign (E-Log 21). The E-Log 21 program contains all the elements of modern supply chain management.
Fulfillment processes were reengineered to increase customer service and to reduce costs. Revised and integrated
business practices for sustainment to mirror private sector best practices.

 Researched, developed, and implemented key aspects of a supply chain management re-engineering
program for the Pratt and Whitney F-100 engine. Used supply chain concepts and technology that
ultimately improved engine availability by 20 percent and reduced support costs by $37M
