Empowering teachers towards Online Identities:
IDentifEYE project conclusion
Benefits of IDentifEYE Project
IDentifEYE completed its two year course and delivered an innovative approach that aims to
enhance student online safety by empowering student online resilience. This is achieved
through teachers’ training so as they are able to deliver educational workshops in the
classroom that will help children. At the same time, change teacher student relations for the
better. They will help students be more open to feedback, more open to learning, more
engaged, and more positively responsive while feeling co-responsible for their learning
process and for their reaction to social processes around them. At the same time, the items will
open new channels of communication between teachers and students, leading to a more
personal trust relationship.
Main results
 Workshop Instructor Manual: This is a complete multilingual guide for any educator who
wishes to undertake the workshop. It includes background theory, practical documents,
methodologies and all these components that guarantee the successful conduct of the
workshop.
 IDentifEYE Game: The Augmented Reality Game is at the core of the learning approach and it
is age differentiated (kids aged 8-11 & 12-14) so as to suit the different developmental
characteristics of students.
 Workshop executions: A series of educational workshops were delivered in four countries (LT,
ES, GR and PL) in which dozens of teachers were instructed on the administration methodology
of the project.
 Final Conference: On 08/09/2015 the project partners and district experts shared their
opinions regarding online safety themes with the public. The project results were showcased
and the audience demonstrated great interest towards learning more about the project.

  • 1. Project title: Augmented Reality towards better understanding of Online Identities - IDentifEYE - 2013-1-GR1-LEO05-13907 This project has been funded with support from the European Commission. Empowering teachers towards Online Identities: IDentifEYE project conclusion Benefits of IDentifEYE Project IDentifEYE completed its two year course and delivered an innovative approach that aims to enhance student online safety by empowering student online resilience. This is achieved through teachers’ training so as they are able to deliver educational workshops in the classroom that will help children. At the same time, change teacher student relations for the better. They will help students be more open to feedback, more open to learning, more engaged, and more positively responsive while feeling co-responsible for their learning process and for their reaction to social processes around them. At the same time, the items will open new channels of communication between teachers and students, leading to a more personal trust relationship. Main results  Workshop Instructor Manual: This is a complete multilingual guide for any educator who wishes to undertake the workshop. It includes background theory, practical documents, methodologies and all these components that guarantee the successful conduct of the workshop.  IDentifEYE Game: The Augmented Reality Game is at the core of the learning approach and it is age differentiated (kids aged 8-11 & 12-14) so as to suit the different developmental characteristics of students.  Workshop executions: A series of educational workshops were delivered in four countries (LT, ES, GR and PL) in which dozens of teachers were instructed on the administration methodology of the project.  Final Conference: On 08/09/2015 the project partners and district experts shared their opinions regarding online safety themes with the public. The project results were showcased and the audience demonstrated great interest towards learning more about the project.
