Groundforce Digital presented a case study on their digital campaign for WeAreCities.ca. They discussed the key aspects of running a successful campaign, including having the right mindset, team, process, and tools. For WeAreCities.ca, the process involved discovery, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The goal was to generate civic ideas and action plans by facilitating online roundtables. Groundforce's team then launched the campaign and will continue to evaluate its progress.
