Industries have been recently taking initiatives to transform or revolutionize their business. In addition, as they modernize they need to maintain and keep their brand to stay on top of the market place. Women of Color in STEM have to ensure that they keep up the pace and find ways to navigate through transformative changes and disruptions. In today’s seminar we will explore some key skills and areas where are WOC of STEM need to capitalize on as they progress and utilize the opportunities when disruption occurs.

Being adaptable includes understanding and navigating through change.
This can introduce new risks and opportunities.

9. Social Media Integration
Many companies are now monitoring all avenues of social media and your
professional brand maybe affected.

12. Instructions
Each seminar participant will take their phone as live feed feedback
on social media channels during the debriefing.
Team members can share verbally at the session as well.
14. Rotation Instructions
Each speed mentoring session lasts 5 minutes with each session focused on
the areas of disruption.
There is a 2 minute 'changeover' time between each session. Signaled by a
sound.
Seminar participants faced to the right of the table will stay seated.
At the start signal, peers talk to the peer across from them.
When they hear the signal again, wind up your conversation, make notes
on the record sheet and exchange business cards, Linked In etc
The final sound signal indicates the end of the session.
