The Wellness on a Shoestring program is based on the first book
written by Dr. Michelle Robin and is our program featuring 7 simple,
low-cost (even FREE) habits that dramatically improve wellbeing and
impact health. It provides simple strategies for improvement with tools
for success and flexibility to find your individual path. There are tips and
exercises to integrate changes and assessments to track your progress.
This is a comprehensive program that can be presented in a series of 8
learning modules with our participant guide. This program extends
beyond the traditional ideas of more exercise and less food. Dr. Robin
shares her approach to health based on her patient care, balancing the 4
quadrants of the body; mechanical, chemical, energetic and psychologi-
cal. She provides strategies for listening to your body, getting better rest,
stress management and identifying toxins in your environment, adding
