A highly motivated agile Delivery Manager, who’s leading and working with 2 teams to deliver the next generation of highly transactional and performant web applications (mobile and desktop) for Paddy Power Betfair customers. Main goal and focus is on creating a transparent and safe work environment, where everyone is able to perform at their best, surrounded by equally great colleagues, within a culture of freedom, self-discipline, responsibility and creativity, while keeping everyone focused in reaching our goals and objectives. A dynamic team player, with good attitude, trying to learn more everyday, coding whenever I have the slightest opportunity to do it and having fun.
