foundations of the Internet.
o If we provide permanent URIs that are self-describing
and follow established patterns; it will be much easier

o How to preserve integrity of published data is one of
the key challenges (new resources, new links between
data sets, obsolescence and deletion of old material…)
o Data persistence must be ensured over time if we
expect the stakeholders’ community to re-use it.
o Keep track of relationships between different data

o Document changes that have been carried out,
including appropriate version metadata.

That will make people angry. o People will draw superficial conclusions and construct league tables from data ignoring the wider picture. o It might be combined with other data to identify individuals/sensitive information. o It will cost too much to put it into standard format.
