• Who is your target audience?
-Depends on target audience, eg Are they using facebook, and if so how often
are they on facebook?
• What do you want to achieve from having a facebook page?
-is it for new or existing clients? What are the benefits for liking your page?
• Consistency is essential to keep people engaged!
• Disadvantages:
It can be very time consuming and take a long time to convert these leads into
customers or clients.

Think about it from a customer perspective - do you go back and scan

Talk about news feed and why only 12-16% of your likes get seen – so when you logon in your newsfeed appears the latest posts by anyone that you are friends with on facebook and any pages that you have liked. So for me I’ve got 323 friends and I like 233 pages – and facebook works out who you comment and look at regularly and stop dropping off the posts of people and pages you are not interacting with. Handout – I’ve got a handout here to help you think through some of these questions and help you start working out your own facebook page strategy
People feel nervous asking for recommendationsIf get negative recommendations gives you opportunity to publicly address it, there is the ability to comment and give feedback in many different places online now so its best to embrace it
