domestic and cross-border securities transactions, from bonds, equities and derivatives to investment funds. The organization has a
mammoth 1200FTE (and increasing!) Business Operations team spread across Belgium, Hong Kong and Poland

Baseline FTE of 50. ▪ Automate: ✓ 65% FTE gain for 1 fully automated process end to end. Baseline FTE 12. In summary : Till Aug 2018 – A total savings of 10 FTE so far.
