This talk presents a new usage of AI to help issues prediction using ITOA (IT Operations Analytics) at the DGAC (the French civil aviation authority). It exposes the needs, the solution (as a Capgemini asset), the benefits and the lessons learnt from such an AI implementation linked with traditionnal IT ops tooling (supervision, centralized logs,…).
