 Manager of Financial Reporting – Large, international energy company that is centrally
located. CPA, 6+ years experience with a combination of large Public Accounting firm and
energy industry with SEC experience.. Strong technical accounting skills, FAS 133, and
accounting for pension & benefits plans is required. To $120k + Bonus + other incentives.
 Director of Internal Audit – South side service & hospitality company. Will be bringing the
audit function in-house. Must have CPA, Supervisory, process improvement, SOX, audit, and
ability to travel ~ 20%. Experience laying out processes and procedures is highly desirable. To
$120k + Bonus.
 Division Controller – North side services company. 5-8 years experience, including standard
cost in a manufacturing environment, inventory, and strong general ledger. To $110k + Bonus
 Assistant Business Unit Controller – North side international firm. CPA, Strong Accounting,
Supervisory, and SAP experience. SAP is an absolute must as the hiring manager does not

 Marketing Accountant – Large, Integrated Energy Company that is centrally located. 3-5 years
public accounting – Big Four or other large firm. This role falls in the energy commodities
trading division, so will also consider candidates with that experience. Wonderful 9/80
schedule. CPA or parts passed. Comp: $70’s-$80’s + Bonus.
 Senior Accountant – West side services firm. Must have a CPA. Well-rounded, full-cycle
accounting is required: G/L, Close, Analysis, Fixed Assets, and Reconciliations. Nice blend of
Accounting & Finance, and works with VP-level folks in Operations to – great exposure! To

Candice began her career in New York City working in the Equity Research Division of the
prestigious global investment bank, Morgan Stanley. With Morgan Stanley, she was a member
of the Institutional-Investor ranked research team covering technology/server hardware.
After several years, Candice joined Lehman Brothers, where she was promoted to run the
equities road-show desk for the northeast region. In this capacity, she served as the liaison
between Lehman Brothers and the Management Teams of F500 companies, large institutional
investment firms, and hedge funds.
In 2007 Candice made the transition to the Executive Search profession, and it was immediately
