(countries), nine territories and two de facto

recognition.

gathered their food in the Australian bush for
thousands of years. 'Bush tucker' is the name given
to this food that is still eaten today by Aboriginal
peoples in remote areas of Australia. It includes

tomato, yams and macadamia nuts. Many of these
native foods have been added into contemporary
cuisines, that's why you can find these ingredients
