Demonstration of water based fire fighting
equipment and live fire fighting demonstration with
Dry chemical Powder fire extinguisher'.
 The local people were made aware of the dangers,
prevention methods and basic fighting techniques.
More than100 people participated in the
programme.
 A drawing competition was held for children of
classes 6-8 on the theme.
 Fire Safety cards with necessary messages were

distributed to all the children.
 Fire Safety orientation sessions were held for the
community members.
 Key inputs were provided to prevent fire and also
basic fire fighting.
