A. Explain the purpose for writing this e-mail.(the need for launching this business).

B. Write a persuasive statement as to why this business type is important..

If call charge is free, everyone use this phone when you want to contact your friends, Circle and part
activity. As a result, Friendship deepens to you.

C . How do you plane to start this business?

I set price of this mobile phone as expensive as possible.
First, I'll advertise this mobile phone in Aizu university. Next, I'll advertise to high school student and
junior high school student in Aizu. Finally I advertise citizenry.


D.Explain how you will coordinate between your group members. Explain the role for each group
member in this business.
One person who develops new service. Another person who advertise this mobile phone to people in
Aizu. One person who contract to user.


E. Finally ask for my help in guiding you through any problem that you might have when launching
this business.

2. The e-mail should also include a separate internal memo (in preparation for a business plan)
wherein the current situation and the need for this start-up company is explained in details).


A. What business will you be in? What will you do?

We'll enter into mobile industry.


B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty words or less,
explaining their reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want to draft a mission statement,
this is a good place to put it in the plan.

We gain the more customers by meeting their needs and satisfying them.


C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations — where you want your business to be.

Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal might be to
have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and has a loyal customer
following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific measures of customer
satisfaction.

Our company's destinations is gain one-third of the customers not in Aizu city but in Japan.


D. Business philosophy:What is important to you in business?

It supports customer satisfaction. The company should provide customers with various services which
satisfies them to gain the support by them.


E. To whom will you market your products? Your target market? (State it briefly here - you will do a
more thorough explanation in the Marketing section).

Our company's target is people of all generations. Specifically, we'll target such people that students
and businessmen, housewives, elderly people by the service which mobile phone's call charge is free
among the families and students, other people in Aizu city.


F. Describe your industry. Is it a growth industry? What changes do you foresee in your industry, short
term and long term? How will your company be poised to take advantage of them?
First, we think the way to success in Aizu city. Second, we'll think the way is available not in Aizu city
but in Japan. In this way, we'll grow our industry. Also, we set price somewhat expensive for the
mobile phone for taking advantage. Moreover, we set mobile phone's usage charge somewhat low. Our
company will be poised to take advantage by these.
