This document is a curriculum vitae for Victor Sheng, who is a PhD candidate at the University of Western Ontario studying data mining, machine learning, and their applications. His research interests include cost-sensitive learning algorithms and applications in various domains. He has published over 20 papers in peer-reviewed conferences and journals.
