Write or Die
· Ask yourself how you make the recipients open your e-mails, how to write the tittle and
where to put the important information.
· Research the e-mail’s recipients first. In addition, the best way is to use Ms. Instead of Mrs.
or Miss if you do not know clearly about the recipient.
· Make your e-mails easy to read by keeping each chunk of information easy to scan. Use
headlines, short paragraphs, and bullet points throughout.
· Be active to set the specific appointment with the potential partners.
· Be sure to proofread your newsletter.
· Write logically so that the readers easily answer Yes or No or short replies.
· The exchange of information must be strictly controlled.
· Make your e-mail photos really nice because your emails can be forwarded to one or
more people in your company or anywhere else.
· Be quick to reply.
· Do not write any emails when you are in a hurry
· Do not use expressions, abbreviations in emails
