7. ConchitaAsotigueToribio “Che-che” as her family fondly called her was born on October 2, 1960 and raised in a small town, Poblacion Sur, Carmen, Bohol she was the first born of EulaliaAsotigueand Ricardo Toribio, Sr., only older of several minutes from her twin sister AngelitaToribio
8. And have 5 more younger siblings Dimpna, Areopaguita, Ricardo Jr., Virgina and the youngest was ReineroToribio
9. The Asotigue – Toribio clan were not a member of any wealthy family Mother, Eulalia “Nene” was a hosipital cook And father Ricardo “Cardo” was a post man.
10. Just like the typical child she was sent to a public school for her primary education and enter St. Anthony Academy as her secondary school.
11. Seeing her family with a limited source of revenue she was shaped to be independent And started cultivating dreams to uplift their living.
12. In 1977 she went to Manila stayed at one of her relatives in Bacoor, Cavite to attend college at Adamson University.

15. Che was able to establish a furniture appliance center at Zapote, Bacoor and obtain a house of their own. But eventually the business didn’t turn out well forcing Che to send her 5 children to Carmen, Bohol in the care of “Mama Ne”.
16. She engaged in many different business ventures Like real Estate And even selling mineral water in front o the NSO Quezon City office in order to sustain the needs of her children. RTW
17. She endure the pain on not seeing her children often, since she stayed in Manila most of the time With all the hardship during those days she kept her faith intact.
18. By the year 2002, Che received many award and recognition being one of the top Division Manager of PhilAm Plans.
20. With a handful of duties and responsibilities both to her family, business and charitable works, entering politics was not her option
