Jim (James) Buckingham holds a Masters in Adult Education degree from Central Michigan (USA), a Masters in Online and Distance Education degree from the Open U (UK) and TEFL Certification from Trinity College (UK) with particular interest in identifying best practices in the use of ICT for facilitating student collaboration and self directed learning.
