2. Background My name is Brian Trelstad. I am a 9th grader at MICDS. My favorite subject at school is History because I love learning about why we are the way we are today and what events effected that. When I am not doing school work, I love to play sports, listen to music, and play video games. Sports are a big part of my life. I play football, basketball, lacrosse, and golf.
3. Friends’ Description Of Me My obsession for sports is why many people use athletic or sports fanatic as some terms to describe me. Many other descriptions come to mind when someone is asked who is Brian Trelstad. Commonly, my friends will tell me that I am just chill. After many attempts to explain exactly what they mean, I finally understand what they mean when they say chill. Chill: Easy going, not caring, but still fun to be around.
4. Teachers’ Descriptions of Me My teachers often describe me as a kid who can use humor in the class room without getting people off task. Some teacher even have said that I keep the class interesting during dull teachings. Teachers usually mention that I am also a very dedicated worker in class and my performance is a result of my hard work.
5. Strengths and How I Use Them So, my strengths would be my athleticism, easy going, humorous, and hard working. These strengths are what I try to live by every day. I believe that you must approach life with a hard working attitude, but should be able to have a good time doing the task at hand. But when it is just not your day, you need to be able to get past obstacles so you can complete your goal. I believe this is the way one can be mentally and emotionally healthy.
6. Family and Its Benefits To be environmentally healthy, I have to thank my parents for providing me with all the resources to just be alive. They provide me with my amazing neighborhood and a safe atmosphere. My family also taught me all of the values I need to follow. My family is the reason why I am who I am today. Without them, I would not have my head on straight and I would not be the athletic, humorous, intelligent boy I am today.
