  2. Jimmy - In 1984, Mr. Mansour started National Telecommunications of Austin, which became one of the largest regional long-distance carriers in the country. After selling it to LDDS WorldCom, Inc. in 1991, he co-founded National Telecommunications of Florida (NTF), which became the 17th largest long-distance company in the United States. Following a short period at GroupTel, a metropolitan fiber optic based carrier in Toronto, Mr. Mansour lead investors to recapitalize Clearwire Technologies in Dallas, which became a leader in the fixed wireless MMDS market and served as Chairman and CEO of Clearwire until 2003 when the company was purchased. Mr. Mansour currently serves as a board member of CSIdentity. Previously he served as Chairman of Grande Communications, and on the boards of ATX Technologies, Inc. GT Group Holdings, Netspeed, Inc. and Netpliance, Inc. (Tipping Point). He also served as Founding Chairman and on the board of CEO America, a non-profit organization providing education scholarships for low-income children in grades K-8. He was appointed to the Governors Business Council in 2006 and the state’s Advisory Board of Economic Development Stakeholders in 2007. Kevin - In early 1986, he moved to Texas and joined James Mansour at National Telecommunications of Austin, which was later sold to LDDS.  Mr.  Klein served as Director of Sales and Operations at LDDS, which went on to acquire several regional and national telecommunications companies in the 90’s including ATC, Mid American, LDS Metromedia, Wiltel, IDB WorldCom, UUNET, and MCI. Mr. Klein served as Vice President of Service and Operations at MCI WorldCom until mid 2004, before starting his own consulting firm.  Mr. Klein was asked to join the company, now known as Tenura Holdings, as President and Board Member in 2005.  Mr. Klein also serves as a Board Member for AmeriPro Funding. Mark- Prior to his time with Tenura, Mark spent 4.5 years as Vice President of Sales Operations and Information Technology with Leasing Group, Inc., a leasing services provider focused on the personal computer industry.   Mark also spent 8 years with Dell Computer Corporation in a number of financial and operational management roles, including Manager of Major Accounts Financial Services where he was responsible for the credit, collections and order placement functions for Dell’s largest US corporate accounts.  Mark also spent 3 years in the defense industry with Lockheed Missiles & Space Company and BDM/Ford Aerospace.
