2. This tutorial is to help you make the perfect cup of tea. The course is broken into the following sections: Modules – Learning how to make a cup of tea Tea making discussions – Chat and Forums to initiate reflection and experience in tea making Resources – Further reading about the history of tea making and changing traditions and customs.

3. It is advised to work through the tutorial in a linear fashion, first accessing the module resources followed by further reading to enrich your understanding of tea making. Within each module you will find a number of learning resources and an end of module test. You may take the test both before and after you undertake the learning to identify areas for development. Discussion forums complement the content of the modules and you are encouraged to access these at any time.
