Purpose: To identify the key challenges that will need to be addressed during integration


Description: The characteristics of any two acquisitions will differ. As a result, the challenges to be addressed during the integration process will vary
significantly from deal to deal. Integration complexity analysis is a simple tool for identifying the key challenges that will need to be addressed for any
given deal. The results of the analysis are used in order to check that all the key challenges have been addressed during the design of the integration
programme


Output and Benefits: A checklist of the key challenges that will need to be addressed by the integration strategy and approach. A review checklist that
can be used following the design of the integration programme to ensure that all the key challenges are addressed
