Completed a debt finance
deal acting for OakNorth, who
supported the management
buyout of the UK’s leading
hydro shop, GroWell.
Advising HSBC on the
management buy out of
Tetenal Limited.
Advising Little Fish on its
funding arrangements with
HSBC in relation to a minority
investment from LDC.
Acting for Local Space
Housing Association on £30m
of increased facilities from
Santander and Barclays to
fund the purchase of
additional housing.
