Personal Influence
                             As a leader I am going to strive to be as aware as possible of my
                             subordinates needs and adapt my leadership style based on
                             their needs.
                              Will make subordinates more committed and dedicated and work
                              will be of high quality.
                             Assess all potential parties and ensure that complacence in
                             decision making is not due to Groupthink.
                             Utilize team based leadership skills to effectively analyze
                             situations & the environment associated to properly choose a
                             solution.

Future Concerns
                             Distributed work environments become more prevalent
                              Companies such as 37Signals (37signals.com)
                              Companies must remain organized and have a leader that has a
                              high level of flexibility.
                             As distributed work environments become more prevalent so will
                             cultural differences that need to be addressed by a leader.
                              Leaders & subordinates will be increasingly required to be aware of
                              cultural differences & address them appropriately.

As distributed work environments become more prevalent so will cultural differences that need to be addressed by a leader.
