3. Recent Highlights
• Launched the first ever layered digital campaign (mobile, web, social, SEM, SEO) for
Moe's Southwest Grill resulting in 120 million impressions and over 300,000 clicks for
a two month time period.
• Led the development of a unique check in platform that allows a consumer to check
in through social networks, Facebook or Foursquare, then route into a “Moe's
specific” club to earn rewards. Check in, get hooked, come back for more.
• Developed the 2012 marketing strategy focused on establishing a relationship with
new guests by communicating research based brand attributes. I integrated
operations into the strategy in order to develop the relationship with the customer
through a positive brand experience resulting in +8.7% comp sales year to date.
• Developed the strategy and was project lead on the Moe’s app which provides the
customer an order ahead option to bypass the line.
• Serving on the AMA - Atlanta Board of Directors for 2012/13 and jump starting a
new committee for the chapter focused on mentorships.
• Received volunteer of the month for AMA in April 2012
• Won the brand marketing MVP award in February 2012
