â It should be meaningful to someone who was not in the
meeting and to know why the meeting took place
â Prefix with date (Example: â0817 XXXXâ)
Record the exact start and end time
All roles (Meeting Host, Minute Taker, Time Keeper,
Whiteboard Writer) must be recorded
