2. A Brief Introduction Trading Forex since 2000. At first managed to derive only losses, as any amateur trader!!!! Then decided to become educated in Forex. 3. Trend Line Analysis Trend is my friend Market can only be Uptrend, downtrend and sideways trading Avoid Flat Sideways Markets!!! Market’s decisions should be digested and then enter. The longer the flat market the greater the outbreak will be!!!

4. Designing Trend Lines Begin from longer time frame charts! Then move to smaller time frames. The longer the time frame the greater the possibility for market to reverse there. Follow the tops and the bottoms of the market. You have made a channel. The upper line is the resistance line and the bottom line the support line.

5. Trading with Trend lines You could trade to the opposite direction of the trend line like the price will bounce upon hitting the trendline with small stop loss. If line comes from a longer time frame, it is stronger! If channel line is broken then market always confirms this breakout before moving on. Enter at confirmation point with small stop loss. CAUTION: Channel Line is broken only if price bar closes below the channel line!!!! Let’s see some real market examples.

6. Tips About Trend lines Prefer trend lines in timeframes of 4 hours and up. Then these trend lines become more accurate and strong. Use trend lines with other indicators to confirm the bound or breakout. When I used to trade live with technical indicators I used trend lines along with Relative Strength Index (RSI). RSI with period of 14 is mine favorite. >70 overbought <30oversold. The best usage for RSI: New market highs or lows that are not confirmed by highs in RSI Pending Market Reversal!!!! Let’s see some real live trading examples

7. Pinball Trading System A method to trade with trend lines. DESIGN CHANNEL LINES FOR A TREND (4 hourly and higher) Take Fibonacci Levels between the two “pinball's” of prices on channels. If the next pinball on market coincides with a fib level then there is greater possibility that market will reverse again. Trade the pinball with tight stop losses. You may also use RSI an added confirmation step just as prior mentioned. Let’s see some real trading examples

8. Major Candlestick Patterns Candlesticks is a science on it’s own. You do not have to use all types of candlesticks. We will see the most common of them in the market!!!!
