- The magnitude of our vision must be greater than the sum of our current assets. It must guide us to our future and not make us live out our history. School Boards are the guardians, sentinels, the keepers, the custodians of school district vision.

- Amazing. School boards have to ensure that the Vision of the School District is alive, at the table, and present during critical conversations. That policies don’t hinder our agility to develop amazing people. That policies tilt forward. Amazing is not born. It’s made. Your system needs to foster amazing practice. That starts with your vision and policies.
