This is an excellent book as well as program. I have
recently switched from fish oils to the Peskin protocol and
I have lost my hunger pangs. I have dropped my belly fat
(went from a size 42 to size 36) and feel very good.
Another benefit I noticed with the Peskin diet and taking
the recommended supplements, is that my muscles feel a
lot better when I exercise. I do not get the "muscle
burning" I used to get, and my endurance has definitely
increased.
