However, it doesn’t mean it is the most effective because
depression is not just about a chemical imbalance in brain
,it may help relief symptoms of moderate and severe
depression but it doesn’t cure the underlying problem and
not a long term solution

LIFESTYLE changes are simple but powerful to tools
in treating depression, exercise give a long way
forward and helps lift of depression and keep
depression at bay and one feels better.
