2.  Venturing into a new industry, GoDaddy
founder Bob Parsons recently established
Parsons Xtreme Golf, a golf equipment provider
that focuses on building high-end clubs.
Through the company, he plans to offer golfers
expertly designed and carefully crafted drivers,
irons, and putters unlike any currently available
on the market. He has recruited a team of
industry-leading experts, including PGA Tour
competitor Mike Nicolette and Brad
Schweigert, who currently holds more than 150
patents related to golf equipment, to make his
vision a reality.

3.  While Parsons Xtreme Golf clubs are not yet
available for retail, professionals have
begun testing them in high-stakes contests.
Ryan Moore, for example, who is not under
contract with the company, used
prototype irons and wedges while
competing in the Hyundai Tournament of
Champions. The clubs will likely enter the
market soon, although there has been no
official word on their release date or
pricing.
