definitely an excellent opportunity as it is the first public expression of Carol's show of submission
to her husband. I mean, she is actually letting me be the spokes person here. Yes, I just got myself
a wife indeed and dear am definitely not going to disappoint you so soon…hopefully.
In a few words, let me express my enormous gratitude to all of you here. Hold your glasses as
there is going to be a couple of toasts. A warning though…broken glass is not part of the deal so
tame your energies. First, I want to appreciate the presence of friends and family. You have added
warmth to this important event in our lives helped us make memories we will treasure for life. You
have given us support and ideas for this occasion, may your labor be rewarded abundantly. Thank
you for the marvelous gifts too, thank God I will not be worrying about bills anytime soon! By
the way, did I see a car key somewhere? I like this wedding idea! A toast to you all!
Some family members really wanted to be with us but they could not for one reason or another.
Their well wishes are with us this day and we want to recognize their good intentions too. I owe a
big gratitude to the two wonderful individuals without whom we could not be here today. To
Carol's Mum and Dad, God bless the day you brought her into this world! Thanks for nurturing
her into a wife for me and for embracing me as a son who is your own. And to you Carol thanks
for allowing me this lifetime chance. It is my intention to ensure the happiness we share today
lasts a lifetime. I can already visualize a million tiny ways to make you smile everyday…there is
no mind reader here, right? I am so looking forward to growing old with you! May we all stand as
we give a toast to the lady of this day! I love you dear.
To the grooms' men, your friendship and support cannot go unnoticed. The particular effort you
made not to outdo the groom on his day is highly appreciated. The same goes for the bridesmaids.
Granted, there is nobody who can out do Carol's beauty…not just today but any day! Our best
couple has supported us through the thick of the wedding plans and it is because of their sweat that
this day has been a success. A toast to the bridal crew! The best is always reserved for last. Let us
give the biggest toast to God Almighty who made this a possibility! Phew, I need to reserve this
energy, as I am sure I will need it later on. Those were few words, right? Allow me let my best
