Cons:
• ARM knowledge needed

• Visual Studio development is Online (no offline mode) and has extra
latency
• Using to mutch Logic App parameters provide poor visibility of
settings
• Requires understanding of ARM (when things go south)
• Automation is your friend
• ARM deployments support KeyVault
