Learning with Media - Video Video / Digital Video – What is it ? Contrary to what most people think, video is still a series of frames (what is in the visual field of reference)  displayed or captured (saved) at a specified rate of a frames per second.
Learning with Media - Video Video / Digital Video – What is it ? The standard video broadcast is 30 frames per second (fps). The minimum frame rate to achieve the illusion of a moving image is about 15 fps.
