I serve as project manager for a team of Salesforce 401 certified developers, in my role I review and co-ordinate all
activities. My hands on approach with code reviews and functional testing are my primary roles; I make sure all
developer requests are handled in a timely manner. My role also includes presales and consultation activities; my
initial focus starts with requirement gathering of the project, complete review of the custom objects and custom
workflow of the existing client system. I audit all existing procedures, profiles, permission sets along with fully
understanding a client’s business culture. I do a deep dive into table schemas and relationships. My intent is to fully
understand the clients current reporting and any embedded analytics.
We have a Salesforce Development team who is proficient at: Apex Coding,Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers,
Salesforce API, Visualforce Development, Work-flow rules configuration and Trigger development, Reporting and
more.
Additionally providing Salesforce Admin services to the clients.
