He has received his Ph.D. degree in Feb. 2017 from IIT(ISM) Dhanbad. He has more than 6 years teaching and 4 years research experience. His research interest includes Multiscale Simulation of Novel Alloys and Devices, Optoelectronic Materials, Computational work on 2D and 3D materials and CMOS circuit design. He has published 9 Journals (including 6 SCIE) and 8 conferences. His journal papers have been cited 60 times with h-index value 4(Web of Science Researcher ID: V-3621-2018). He has also organized 1 international conference and 3 workshops. He has been coordinated in FDP on “Demystifying 5G RF ASICs”, jointly organized by Electronics and ICT academies held from 24 Aug. to 04 Sept. 2020
