In 2014 whole CEE data centers sector is approx. 300,000 m2 of gross space. 36% of it is accounted for Poland. In 2014 Poland's DC services market value was $0,5 bln and with a year by year increase of 15.6%.
However, there are only 36 DC providers in Poland. For comparison: only in London area you have 71 DC’s, in Frankfurt – 50, Amsterdam accounts for 38.
2. Outsourcing IT have become a necessity in any organization
with significant IT infrastructure. As companies look to reduce costs,
for example data center collocation is being looked at as a viable option.
